I would like to congratulate you on the very positive feedbacks that you have received since your opening, allah y 3atik assaha o salama!
I also have to thank you on behalf of your fellow Moroccan brothers and sisters for spreading moroccan goodness and culture through your food.
I studied at UF for 5 years and I wish I had met you while I was still there, I’m sure I woud have embarked with you on this wonderful adventure.
I am also thinking of opening a foodtruck here in Morocco with NY style fastfood, but I am still searching for the right recipes and the right menu that will satisfy our casablancais customers (any suggestions or advices from you would be more than welcome)
I currently work at ‘Koutoubia’ and we are all about Halal products, I am more than sure that the majority of our products would be a great addition and of great use to you, please do send me any questions you might have, and I would be happy to answer them.

Just had it for the first time. Great spices, great flavors!!! So nice to have something different in the area for lunch that’s not a Deli or Pizza place. Had the Merguez Sandwich and the Chicken Cigar’s. My ONLY complaint is that i think there could have been more meat on the sandwich, a little too much bread. Keep it up, definitely going back!
